Do you make good money in plumbing in Dubai?
Hi
everyone,
I just want any answeres if there is good money in plumbing in Dubai or
an overseas country as I want to move some where for 3 months next year
with my husband and teenager daughter. But we have to be able to afford
it!
what do you think?
or am I better off just staying here in Australia?

I guess its better to stay in Australia.
Plumbing is mostly done here by cheap labors from India and Bangladesh.
Lot of construction is goin' on here in Dubai. It'd only work for you if
you try to get business from real estate developers and get contracts
for buildings (which is not so easy). Day to day plumbing jobs or salary
would NEVER get you enough money here.
And if you want for a short period like 3 months, it doesn't make sense
to me.

Stay in Australia rather than coming to Dubai
with that trade. Plumbers here have likely never seen plumbing in their
home country. If you are lucky, they show up for a job with a
screwdriver and a tube of silicone (tube of silicone optional). It is a
low paying job here for Bangladeshis, Indians and Pakistanis.
