Im 13 yrs old. What are some ways to make some money?
Hey, I'm 13 yr old and I live in Australia. I'm saving up for a laptop that I want and I want to get the laptop as soon as possible. Could you suggest some ways to make some money, nothing illegal or anything. But no baby sitting. I've heard that alot. Thanks in advance You're making me one step closer to getting my laptop.

when i was 13 the only job i could get was the paper run its crap but i got that bike! :) (i live in Australia)

Delivering newspapers should start you off.

If you're good with a computer and a good typist, you can do either transcription typing for a neighborhood Dr., Insurance representative or Lawyer (have your parents do the talking - let them vouch for your character) . You'd basically take handwritten notes and put them into either an Adobe Acrobat form or Word doc. My stepdaughter made some money doing this when she was 16. It also looks good on your resume. I wrote my own newspaper and sold it in my area from the time I was 6 until I was 12. I made about $30 a month from it, and probably could have made more if I'd put more work into it. If you start your own business, you can do pretty much anything. Think about things you like and things you are good at, and somewhere in there you will find something people will pay you to do or make.
