I'm an Australian Citizen living in the USA with Dual citizenship can I move with my husband to Australia?
We
have been married for 7 years and have two children. I am a stay at
home mom and he supports me. We would like to live in Australia for a
while. Will he be able to work there? Can my children come? I would have
to live there for two years before they can become citizens. My husband
is the one who would be able to make the most money... will Australia
let him work?? Thanks!

Austraila
recognises Duel Citizenship America DOES NOT! When you become American
you give up all citizenships of other countries. But since Austrailia
doesnt do this you would be able to go there.
If he becomes Austrailian he will loose the right to work in america
again even if he was born here.

No they will not allow
him to work unless he has a proper visa.YOU must apply for him at the
nearest Australian consulate to enter legally.
Just like the US,Australia takes it immigration laws very seriously so
you should be able to apply for the right visa using the following.
