Wash
the car, do your own room, do some gardening, extra house work, etc.
But, remember, your parents are in no way obligated to pay you for these
kinds of jobs. You should be doing them freely and willingly. They are
already feeding, clothing, housing and educating you.
My suggestion is to spend less.
Also go to your parents and ask them for suggestions. I like your idea
of selling your surplus belongings.
Ask your parents if they will teach you to do something. Or a teacher at
school. Go to the Library and find a book.
You are lucky to have parents who are teaching you that the world does
not owe you a living. You have to earn it yourself.
It sounds as if they have come to a new land to make a better life for
themselves and family. They know first hand how hard it can be, so they
want to teach you to be self reliant and successful as they know that
that is the best gift they can give you. Far, far, far more precious
than money.
I hope you realise how lucky you are to have such wise parents, even if
they do bug you sometimes.
