im 13 and i need money but im to young to have a proper job?
Hey, im 13 year old girl and live in australia. and i want to make money but im not older enough to get a job (i don't think) cause i wont money so i can buy things and especially so i can buy my family birthday and christmas presents. eg. my mum needs a new mobile but she doesn't have the money cause she has to pay the bills and supply food so i would like to buy her a phone :). does anyone have any jobs that a 13 year old can do. or if you know any "proper jobs " that accept my age??

There are a great many traditional jobs for teens too young to work in the "regular" job market. Babysitting, dogwalking, car washing & detailing, snow shoveling, leaf raking, lawnmowing, help people clean out their attic or garage, help set up a garage/yard sale, caddy at a golf course or country club (helps if you are a golfer yourself!), etc. A "mother's helper" helps while the mom is home -- set the table, help fix supper, watch the kids, tidy up the house, etc. This is good training & references for babysitting! What are your skills and talents? Do you sew great tote bags your classmates envy -- and would buy if you made them one? Or knit scarves or accessories? Do you play the guitar so well that parents would pay you to teach younger kids? Make jewelry? Be a clown or do magic tricks for little kids' birthday parties? If you have an entrepreneurial inclination and talent/skills/marketing ability, you can write your own ticket my friend! And you won't have much competition.
