Is it legal to buy games from the uk and sell them here (Australia) at school or on ebay?

know all about PAL and I know it will work here but i just need to know
if it's legal.
Would you complain and want your money back if you found out it was
imported even though it worked perfectly?
the value of games are bigger here so can i buy games from the uk and
sell them here... i have a friend coming back from there so i would love
to make some money!!!

in no way illegal, as long as the UK and Australia allow free trade.
If, you don't pass on the savings, your morals may be questionable, but
in no way would you be a felon.
