Im in australia and im trying to make some money online but all of the websites are for americans and canadians only. Does anybody know a way to do it from australia ?preferably a site that doesnt have catches

There are plenty of things you can do online. I'm living in Japan but I'm an Australian. First thing is, you don't have to spend a lot of money. so don't make anyone fool you into paying too much money to start. You have to be good if you want to make a living. 2 : Designer ? If Picasso or Dali were here to make website designs, they could get megaboxes for a logo. If you are not "that" good, expect 10/15$ per PAGE you design: that is the current rate worldwide. 2-300$ a week if you are fast. Maybe more if you are GOOD, much more if you have a good reputtion (but that takes time!) But this does not mean you can code: "designers", usually, are good at graphics and crap at coding. A good coder gets an average rate of 1-2000$/month, one with good reputation, twice as much. An application developer gets up to 8000$/month. A game programmer, 150,000$/year. If you are a mechanic and can drill a hole, you get 3.5$ /hr. If you are a mechanic and can fix an aircraft, you get a few thousands a month.
