Where can I get a cash paying job in Australia?

Where can I get a cash paying job in Australia?
I am going to be staying with a friend and would like to make a little spending money but I won't be legally authorized to work. Anyone know of places I could work for cash? (Ideally near Sydney)

Yeah, try the Tax Office, the Child Support Agency, or any of the other obscenely corrupt government agencies we have here. Seriously, your best choice (somewhere near Sydney) would be fruit picking, or working in a local cafe. If you dont mind driving a little ways, try some of the ski resorts (if you are heading over very soon). Good luck, enjoy your stay in our great country!
2 :
try going to uni notice boards and things like that.. sometimes u can pick up some work babysittting or cleaning and stuff.
3 :
I wouldn't go there if I where you ... the Immigration are hot on trail of non-authorised empolyees'! Beware!
4 :
fruit picking is one sometimes and suppose if you are living in a area offfer a service like lawn mowing or something thats quick cash in hand, cleaning ppl's houses...

Why don't people know about Moteur Development International, France who make cars run on compressed air?

Why don't people know about Moteur Development International, France who make cars run on compressed air?
Is the answer to keep people ignorant so that greedy manufacturers can go on polluting the planet and fighting wars for oil? The answer is to spread the word about the Tata Motor Company in India and MDI in France and another company in Melborne, Australia who are all producing the cleanest cars on the planet that cost very little to run using compressed air. You are either part of the solution or part of the problem. Go green today. Stop using gas guzzling, polluting vehicles and get a really clean car that uses only air. If you are really so concerned about pollution get entrepeneurs, engineers and scientists to produce compressed air cars of your own in the greedy polluting United States of America before the whole world is brought into a war because of the silly short sighted need for oil. Make sure you vote green and inform all Democrats about the green solution. The Republicans are past help. They are mostly selfish greedy mean warmongers who think money is better than people.

because the world is scared that it will make it here and they will loose $$$$$$$$ if they don't sell the GAS
2 :
Well with air compressed cars there are several things people dont like about them. They are small gay looking cars that cant outrace a guy in an electric wheel chair. They cant be used to move furniture and cant fit 5 people in them without slowing them down to a crawl.
3 :
They don't know, because if it was a reliable, long-distance vehicle, it would be all over the news. It probably isn't, it's probably a short-distance car with no stamina, so it is <practically> useless for most American driving. There used to be compressed air locomotive engines, but they could only go so long a distance before needing a recharge of pressure ( EXTREMELY high pressure ). So I doubt there is any service station available that can do THAT yet anywhere. As far as mean, money-hungry politicians, why don't you ask about Mr. Jefferson, the $90,000-in-the-freezer Democrat, or the other Earmark specialists in the DNC, who are so anti-money? Huh? Because they're ALL hungry for money ( mostly taxpayers ). Republicans don't have the history of tax-and-spend of the Democrats, but they're catching up. Stupid idiots. All of them. Anyway, your air engine probably won't work long-term. Might be a high-density urban partial solution, but needing external power to be provided for it's fuel, it's already doomed due to it's non-independent operational needs. If you can get a ready supply of high-pressure air available, ok, sure, it might be doable. But I doubt it right now. - The Gremlin Guy -
4 :
When you ask your question why do you answer it? We have developed engines that are gas free but you just like air engines there are problems with them, ther is one engine that blows up and uses compressed air once started they can't stop it and it explodes. The biggest reason is we have so many stupid people in the US that would hurt themselves with new tecnology that no one wants to get sued. Look at ford for example two cars rol over SUV's because of 2 pounds of air pressure is it fords fault or the idiot driveing the car? The greedy democrats would sue them to support ther drug habitsand buy them a new house and a new car for their whole family. Sigh I'm sorry we really need to get this country together to SOLVE our problems not kick each oother in the teeth all the time.

I am currently starting a blog, and do not know if I need to register my blog as a business name? I live in Australia, and have an ABN. If I make money through ebooks is that royalties or does it fall under the business (if I have to register a business name.) I am just not sure because the website URL is the title of the blog, but I do use my real name in the posts. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks.

If you have the skill set of "tool and die", "electrician" or "handy man" you can make at least $600.00 a day. You need to advertise your skill set on the internet to get your clients. If you are not skilled in that area and you are still in school then try approaching businesses on a contract basis and you could earn at least $2000 on a project.
2 :
It isn't really as easy as just telling you what to do to earn money, unfortunately. One surefire way to earn extra money is to start a small online business. Here are a few suggestions for you: 1. Think about what you like and/or are good at. This is the perfect place to start in deciding what type of business to start. It should be something you enjoy or believe you will enjoy enough to put the effort into it that is necessary to succeed. Do you knit? crochet? sing? fix things? 2. If you want something already in existence, you should definitely do your research first. I sell Avon as a side job and love it but it only cost me $15 to start, with a purchase of new brochures every 2 weeks starting at $5.95/pk of 10. However, Avon is direct selling. If you aren't interested in direct selling, there are tons of businesses you can start that don't require that. Do some research online. 3. There are plenty of enterprises available to start that are or can be strictly online. Just search online for what your interested in. Again, it goes back to where your interests lie. I hope this helped a little. If you need someone to bounce ideas around with, feel free to contact me! ~Renae

If you have an unpaid bill in some country, what steps could be taken to make you pay?

If you have an unpaid bill in some country, what steps could be taken to make you pay?
Let's assume you've left an unpaid phone bill in Britain when you left the country (presuming Britain is where you used to live) and emigrated to Australia. The British phone company sends you angry bills to Australia and wants money. What is likely going to be done by the British phone company about this matter if you don't pay? Is it possible that you will one day wake up and find a court summons to a court in Australia about the matter, or will they just eventually have to quit trying because there's nothing that can be done?

In the middle east you may face a state sponsored abduction, torture, and murder.
4 :
My friend. What kind of bill are we talking about? Is this the Godfather's phone company or Joe Blow's? Cos in Brooklyn we have a special kinda $$ collector.. we call him the hitman... see wat im sayin? so i wouldnt be worried about no court summons id be worryin about Tommy Gun aimed at my head? so yea man, i'd get that bill paid off.. or go to Switzerland ... hide in a bank those are impnetrable... it works you know.. or you could go argentina, beautiful place great for fugitives.
5 :
It will most likely be sent to your credit history. Unpaid bills are sent to collection agencies, who hound you relentlessly via mail and phone (they have their ways of finding this info out with or without your help). If you do not respond to their attempts, the bill will be written off by the company owed, and the information will be sent to your credit file. Items on your credit file affect many things: even future employers' opinions of whether or not to hire you. These items stay on your file for up to seven years.

How can I get my money back from Macquarie University in Australia? They misrepresented their program?

How can I get my money back from Macquarie University in Australia? They misrepresented their program?
I signed up for a Master of Commerce at an Australian university in Sydney. They lured me in with their sales office they had in my country and were telling me how great the program is and what it would do for me. I was considering an MBA before, but then went for the Master of Commerce as I figured it's cheaper and still a Masters. Plus, the school appeared to be really good and they were telling me about the high salaries people get once they complete the program. I just started the program now, but realized that I have been completely lied to by their sales office about many things. The most surprising thing to me is that there are virtually no Australians in the program, but just people from China, India and a few Europeans. These people don't know any English at all (I have no clue how they got accepted) and I'm forced to write all reports for them in the group. In addition, most of the tests are comprised of essay questions (not MC) that get graded by their PhD students. But these students are not from Australia either and don't speak much English. I know that this might all sound ridiculous, but that's really how it feels. I have been told by students that they did not fulfill the requirements in order to get accepted by the school, but their sales office (it gets funded by the Australian university system) helped them with their documents or did not even require a TOEFL exam. I seriously thought that I would go to school with students of a high caliber and could make connections for life. Now I have just learned that most of the students there just want to improve their English or are doing an exchange semester. The Australian schools like to get those students in and lower the admissions standards as they earn a lot of money with them. It seems that they even prefer them over their own as I do not have any Australians in my program. I have been told before by their sales office that the school has excellent connections to employers in Asia and offers a lot of services. I have always been told that I can't contact the school directly and have to go through their sales office in my country. Australian schools are also not very transparent. They do not list the salaries of graduates, the amount of graduates that find a job upon graduation or the mean age of their students. I realized what a scam this program is and don't think that anything at that school is assessed in a fair manner. However, the school told me that I am not entitled to obtain a full refund even though I just started and feel that they misrepresented their program. I probably lost more than 10k on this joke in total now. Money that I want back. How can I possibly pursue this matter in Australia? I know that the schools will give you the money back in my country. The problem is that all of these claims have been communicated to me verbally by their sales office. The schools never allow you to contact them personally. Btw, I researched questions on here and saw that there were apparently other people who have complained about similar issues before.

Why are we still continuing to fund wealthy private schools here in Australia when that money could be used to?

Why are we still continuing to fund wealthy private schools here in Australia when that money could be used to?
create world class public schools? why not cut the string to those schools and make the fees higher and ask them to pay without tax and public money? isn't it a bit snobby of those parents who children attend private schools? i hate the parents of private school children, they are so damn snobby and up themselves, if the public system was well resourced, why would they continue to send there children to private schools? snobs I say. I view parents who send their kids to private schools as those who think they are better and snobby, divisive and think their child deserves more than others, how fair is that? and they want to shelter them from the 60-70% who attend public schools, if you want to do that, use your entirely out of tax money to do that with, don't use public money, I also don't agree with the government giving money to private businesses, how snobby and elitist is that? please explain, no other country subsidies private schools the way we do, there's more equity in Canada, Japan and Finland? why not here?

1 :
Just how many parents of private school children do you know that you can justify statements such as "they are so damn snobby and up themselves" and "think they are better and snobby"? To say this about private school parents is extremely subjective and, dare I say, ignorant. The majority of parents who send their children to private schools do so with the hope that their children will get a better education and better chances in life. These parents are not rich, but they make huge sacrifices for their children's benefit. Don't forget a large proportion of the private schools in Australia are actually the Catholic schools and most of the parents who choose this form of education for their children are just ordinary working people who cannot afford to pay higher fees. Very few of these parents could be considered "snobby and up themselves". Only a minority of private schools in Australia can be considered elite. You seem to have a big grudge against private schools, so I'm wondering what you feel you missed out on in your public schools if you think that system is so good.
2 :
''i hate the parents of private school children, they are so damn snobby and up themselves, if the public system was well resourced, why would they continue to send there children to private schools? snobs I say.'' Honestly, it sounds like you're very bitter. I'm guessing you went to a public school and have never met the parents of any sort of private school child? Seriously, what is wrong with you? Parents have the right to send their children wherever they want. Ideally, every single parent would want to send their child to a private school, most just can't afford it. If you look at the system, you will see that private schools do much better academically and in many other areas compared to public schools. ''I view parents who send their kids to private schools as those who think they are better and snobby, divisive and think their child deserves more than others, how fair is that?'' Please explain how it is snobby for parents to want the right education for their child, and for their child to be brought up around the right people. They do not think ''my child deserves more than every other child'', they think that their child would be better being in a private school than a public one. Private schools are infinitely better than public schools. If you looked at where the BER money went, you'd see that most private schools managed it much better than most public schools. I really don't think your reasoning comes from wanting to conserve money, but from bitterness. I go to a private school, not because my parents are ''snobby'', but because 1) We're Catholics, and they wanted religion to be apart of my education and 2) The Catholic school here is far superior to the local State High School. No, I'm not being snobby, it's the truth. And I can tell that the people at my school are far more disciplined, polite and kind than the people at the local State High School. You might say I'm generalizing, but I've met most of the people from the local State High school in my year level and when compared to the people in my school, in large groups, I know that the people I'm with now are better. There are good kids at the public school, but they just as many bad kids as well. How do I know? Probably from the fact that there are several physical fights every day at their school and just the other day, a stabbing. Nothing like that has ever happened in my school. Parents want their children to be safe as well. How rude of you to call them snobs. You are honestly clueless. Grow up, and get over your jealousy and bitterness.
3 :
Goodness, get over it already! Your first few questions gave me something to think about, and I actually saved them into my favorites as I was interested to see others views, but seriously, you are now coming across as unstable and a tad disturbed. Broken record....flogging dead horse...unhealthy obsession....get the picture? If you have children, seriously, get out and take them to a park or something. I'm pretty sure all those snobs and elitists are out buying their kids new xbox 360 games or something, not obsessing over your narrow minded views of them for wanting the best for their kids. If you are bitter about suffering through a public school upbringing, deal with it like the rest of us commoners. (Or like 99% of us, don't even think about it). If you are bitter that your kids are the scum and not the cream in the education milkshake, scrounge every last penny and go without the luxuries like many of those "snobs" who do it tough to provide the best they can for their kids. Out of curiosity, when all the public schools are on par with the private schools, and those snobs DO stop sending their minime snobs to their private schools, and the public schools are then overrun how do we fix THAT problem? I mean, if public schools are already soooooo underfunded, how do they cope with all those private refugees? No problem, just get the parents to pay higher fees and essentially turn all those public schools private. We won't even touch the spiritual side of private schooling....
4 :
First, may I suggest that you go back to school, be it Public or Private and get a bit more of an education especially in the English language. On top of paying taxes, parents who send their kids to Private schools also pay school fees, etc. The subsidies available to them do not reimburse them completely. Can you imagine the chaos that would ensure if ALL Private schools were to close their doors, with all their students being forced into the Public sector. Why not move to Canada, Japan or Finland?
5 :
Your 'rant' has so many untruths! I for one went to a private school & my dad was a poor farmhand & certainly no snob.My older sister went to a Catholic boarding school & my granddaughters to a Catholic college. All are from working class families who put their children before their own needs.Don't be so quick to denigrate parents of such children. You are coming across like a real lefty who thinks wealthy people have no right to be.Suck it up princess.
6 :
THe good news is that parents of private school kids probably hate you. A mutually fulfilling relationship.

How much should I save up to emigrate to Australia?

How much should I save up to emigrate to Australia?
I'm an American currently living in South Korea. The reason I left the U.S. was because I was not content with the way things are going there. After muck consideration, I've decided that Australia would be a better place to spend the rest of my life. So I'd like to know how much money I should save up to make the plan a reality. You can quote it in either American or Australian dollars.

Immigrating to Australia is not just measured in dollars. Before you pay for your permanent visa, you will need to 'collect points' as the Australian migration system works with a point system. I hope you realize that entering into Australia is getting increasingly difficult each year. It really depends on your profession and whether this profession is in need of support from foreign employees. Additionally, your age, work experience and competency of the English language (shouldn't be a problem in your case) will play a part. The best thing I can do for you is advice you to check with the Australian immigration website, which contains a lot of useful information and a self-evaluation test (to check if you have enough points needed for permanent residency). www.immi.gov.au All the best and I hope you will be able to fulfill your dreams. ;-)
2 :
I'm here and it was relatively easy to come because I was sponsored by my current employer. A little research into the type of employment you might want would be a good idea. Also, Western Australia has a huge teacher shortage right now. If you like to teach (and are qualified of course), that might be one way to get here. By the way, I like the "muck consideration"....intentional or not, very funny. And I'm going home when I've completed my employment here. I miss the ole' red, white, and blue even with all the problems. Good luck.
3 :
the answers above me might be helpful if you are considering transferring your skills to australia. failing the point system or the general skill migration or the employer sponsorship (consider your age as well), and if you already have some savings, do check out investment migration, or business migration as they call it. visit the website www.immi.gov.au.

Should I study in Australia or stay in Canada?

Should I study in Australia or stay in Canada?
I have completed a college program from which I want to transfer some credits towards a degree. Currently I live in Canada, one of my options is to get a degree at UOIT in 2.5 years, or any other one in Canada will take 3 years. I am also considering studying at Griffith in Australia, which will take me 1.5 years but will cost $45,000. Which is a LOT of money. Can someone please help me make my decision?

Where do you want to work? I don't know specifics, but a degree in one country doesn't always tranfer to another country ("Oh, how nice, you have an Aussie degree. Too bad it doens't count here," kind of thing); usually you would want to complete your degree in the country you plan to work/live in. But like I said, I don't know -- look into it. If you could work in Canada with the Aussie degree (or plan to live in Australia) it could be a worthwhile idea, but if you can't, then it's better to stay in Canada.

Not only willl you get paid but you get the staffs discount for you to enjoy like getting your cosmetics or clothes at staff rates. So if you wanna work, find a place where you get benefits as well.
9 :
babysitting is always an option or in a retail shop. woolworths is nearly always looking for junior members of staff
10 :
How about a diffrent take on all of this. Why don't you make your job learning how ro budget the $50 per week that you get. That's an insane ammount of money to be giving a 15 year old unless you are doing LOTS around the house. My 10 year old does dishes, laundry and helps out with whatever else comes our way and doesn't get that much. I'll admit that she's somewhat spoiled materially, but knows the value of a dollar and the value of pitching in as a family.

IDK about illegal but that's just plain wrong! what in the world? i'd quit that job because you're getting ripped off.
2 :
This is absolutely illegal. You need to contact your labour relations dept (think this is the right link) for more info and help http://www.deewr.gov.au/Department/Pages/Contactus.aspx

How much do you get paid delivering catalogues in Australia on an independent contracting basis?

How much do you get paid delivering catalogues in Australia on an independent contracting basis?
Just wondering, I got a leaflet in the mail. I'm a poor student and thought it would be a good way to get fit and make a bit of money as well!

Most places pay you per brochure you send out. They price it so that you are getting less than the legal minimum wage in Australia. The trick would be to be delivering several brochures at once, rather than one at a time. Did this when I was in school....it is ok, but not really worth it. Being a waiter means you also get tips.

Give some variables. What country are you from, what sort of education do you have, etc?
2 :
The average salary can be anything from $14 per hour to $1000 per hour for a CEO. We need more information - what profession is your husband in (it must be listed on the CSL on www.immi.gov.au for him to be able to come over on a visa).

A WWOOFing holiday here (NZ) would probably suit you. Google Willing Worker on Organic farms. I've given lifts to several WWOOFers from the UK.
2 :
Well it's comparitively easy to get a visa to visit for extended holidays.First contact the Australian embassy.Get all the relevant data.If you are willing to work there's plenty of opportunity to do so Do you have any relatives here? It's summer here now and generally pretty hot.Even winter is mild by comparison to Scotland. So you would'nt need any heavy clothing.Should try Australia and wages are good(not sure about gardening)When your settled I'm sure you'll like it
3 :
looks like you are after a working holiday if you are low on cash. Woofing is a great idea as then you can work and travel. Good luck saving money for the ticket over here ;)

There are a great many traditional jobs for teens too young to work in the "regular" job market. Babysitting, dogwalking, car washing & detailing, snow shoveling, leaf raking, lawnmowing, help people clean out their attic or garage, help set up a garage/yard sale, caddy at a golf course or country club (helps if you are a golfer yourself!), etc. A "mother's helper" helps while the mom is home -- set the table, help fix supper, watch the kids, tidy up the house, etc. This is good training & references for babysitting! What are your skills and talents? Do you sew great tote bags your classmates envy -- and would buy if you made them one? Or knit scarves or accessories? Do you play the guitar so well that parents would pay you to teach younger kids? Make jewelry? Be a clown or do magic tricks for little kids' birthday parties? If you have an entrepreneurial inclination and talent/skills/marketing ability, you can write your own ticket my friend! And you won't have much competition.

Mining jobs in Australia, good money? How do you get started with no experience?

Mining jobs in Australia, good money? How do you get started with no experience?
Im single healthy male living in NZ and am constantly broke despite budgeting. Im sick of it and want to try mining in Aus because Ive heard its a good way to save $. Eventually I want to travel, study (or both) followed by a family and house; but theres no way Im ever going to be able to if I continue here. Can anyone help? Is it possible to make good $ in the mines for a "green but keen" beginner? Where do I apply, I can leave tomorrow!!! Hey there, thanks for all of your answers, I really appreciate it. Im 30 years old and well ready for this change. If it means I have to spend $1000 to get the job its well worth it. Theres alot of spam online e.g. websites saying they will send you information packs etc for $300 + but I need a credible source or want to go straight to the "coal face" or company.

at the moment for an unskilled worker it's $35 an hour and 10 days on and four off but it seems very difficult to get into even with experience unless you know some one who can help. Perhaps a holiday in some of the mining towns would reveal more information but accommodation is very hard to come by as well. Sorry that's all the information I have learnt and unless you can travel to some of these sources it seems a closed shop and perhaps a pipe dream. You need to budget and keep a tighter control on spending as the chances of making money seem to depend on you having it to start. So start saving for a chance to improve your lot in the future. Maybe even a second job could give you a breather. Good luck
2 :
The mines in Australia are very good money, but like said hard to get into... I'm trying as well. Pretty much pre-requisit is your HR-licence (heavy truck)
3 :
From what I heard its pretty easy to get work in mining towns. But you need to atleast have a truck license or something. Its good money if your willing to spend your time in a town in the middle of the dessert with a 95% male population.
4 :
You don't mention your age but poor fulltime wages would be $50K USD for any work up North WA, even FIFO (fly in fly out from Perth). Once you gain additional operator licences and experience you can rake $100K per annum. Senior managers are regularly offered $200K plus benefits to work FIFO basis. The work is hot and hard though and the cost of living is high, especially housing. There are tax breaks for residents living above the 28th parallel and stunning scenic landscapes in the Midwest, Pilbara and Kimberley regions to take advantage of.
5 :
Hi, you sound very keen about it, good on you. Some advise for you though, make sure you have plenty of $$ in the bank before you move to aussie looking for mining work. I live in Qld, and have been trying for 2yrs solid to get into the mines,i have tried moving to Mackay to help my chances, accomodation anywhere up there is very very expensive, food, petrol the same. I had a full time job,and still struggled. You will need to first do a Generic Induction Course $400+ Mining Medical $180 HR truck licence (about $1000) depends on how many lessons you need. First Aid cert is highly recommended and anything similar. If you can get experience in truck driving, grader, frontend loader or similar you may have a better chance. The internet is really the only way in,just keep applying, and dont let the knockbacks get you down. I wish you the best of luck mate, just be prepared for it to take awhile.

Moving to Australia and have found anything near Sydney and the other recommended citys is very expensive?

Moving to Australia and have found anything near Sydney and the other recommended citys is very expensive?
I am trying to figure out what the realistic rent for a two bedroom place to stay in the suburbs of Sydney, Melbourne or adelaide. Also what type of money I could make? just for the questions sake lets say a below average wage. Thanks a bunch guys! Well that was good info I did not realize how high the minimum wage was there! thats great news but if you paycheck was 500 for example how much would you have after taxes and other misc things they take out??? Thanks again!

Minimum wages for an adult will be around $15-$20/hr. Adelaide will be a lot cheaper than Sydney and Melbourne. Pretty much all the property available in Australia is listed on www.domain.com.au and/or www.realestate.com.au as these sites re owned by the two major newspaper chains. See www.ato.gov.au/individuals, click on link for 'work out your tax', 'income tax rates'.
2 :
If you are interested in working in Sydney why not look at living in Wollongong. The northern suburbs are still quite expensive but you can get a decent two bedroom rental in North Wollongong for around $250 a week. From there you can easily catch the train up to the city for work. It's about 1.5 hours south of Sydney CBD. Here is the income tax rates for you. http://www.ato.gov.au/individuals/content.asp?doc=/content/12333.htm&mnu=42590&mfp=001
3 :
In general keep in mind the further out you are from the centre of a city the cheaper it is to rent. Also you may spend quite a while commuting. In saying that you can get a 3 bedroom house on the outskirts of Sydney for cheaper than an apartment in the city centre. The other responses have provided great websites, just keep in mind most rental quotes are for per week rent unless otherwise stated. If you want an idea of more specific pay rates and job availablity for your particular career http://www.careerone.com.au is at least one decent websites, use that in conjunction with the tax rates websites provided above to gain a better understanding. Also medical and dental are not usually considered part of the wage package as it is in the US, mainly because citizens are covered under our free public health program (except dental) and you would most likely need to pay your own private insurance. Also pay rates can lower in some cities than others, for example you get paid less in Hobart than Sydney, but you also pay less for housing so it can generally balance out. Just some further information on tax, when you get a pay slip it shows what is called PAYG (Pay As You Go) tax, which is the basic income that all people pay. Also by law your employer must pay 8% of your wage/salary into a superannuation fund. Most other items taken off pay are by choice which can include paying back a government debt (which can also be court ordered), extra into superannuation and even paying back government university fees (which is compulsory repayment if you earn over a certain amount, based on the Consumer Price Index, though you can pay more by choice). One also pays a Medicare levy (as a citizen), which covers the public health system, and if you have private health insurance you maybe eligible for a rebate at tax time. Also our tax year is 1 July - 30 June.

How can I make $300 online for free?
I'm in my early teens. I want to make $300 from the internet, 100% free and legitimate only. I live in Australia, I don't have a pay pal account and i really don't want to make one. So if money can be sent via cheque would be great.

A great job and way for Teens to make money is by doing Free Surveys Online. Its simple, easy and for ages 13 and up. check this blog for more info and Proof of Payments http://Job4Teens.blogspot.com
2 :
How do you think you can make money for free other than dishonestly? You'll have to work for it 'offline' - try cleaning cars, gardening etc. - won't take you long. You don't have or want a Paypal account as you have to be 18 (and legally and financially responsible and sue-able) to get one! Whereas you can have cheques paid into an account for a minor whatever the source.

there are numerous ways to earn money online, but most of them require certain registration fee. if you wish to earn without investing anything, then i will suggest you PTC sites, where u get money to click advertisements.................. i myself is earning respectable side income from them. all you have to do is register and start clicking advertisements right away. You might earn slow in the beginning but once u buy refferal packs from the money u've earned, it multiplies your earnings and speeds it up. and moreover its a totally genuine and scamfree way of earning. PATIENCE IS THE KEY i signed up for many PTC sites, among which many were scams and did not bother to pay me any money. but the link below indicates a list of those sites, from which im actually earning, on regular basis: http://www.geocities.com/make_online.money/earn_money_online.html works for minors as well !! Some areas... YES! Honestly, I think Youtube would be a better choice these days! There's been more stories of young musicians being scouted on youtube then ever. That way you can start now and save your money!! Good luck!
3 :
Dont. Are you kiddingme? L.A SUCKS. I live in New Orleans, louisiana so...i hate that scene. You wont make it. Dont let songs inspire you. Who knows. Mayeb. But your throwing your life away for that? Hahah, right. Im a REAL musician i play piano^^
4 :
umm i am not sure how good you are. I think you should have a back up plan incase it doesn't work. If you keep working hard and, get people listening to you you might get a deal. Yes L.A. can be dangerous in parts, anywhere can really just be sure you are making the right decision and, have researched where you are going to live very well.
5 :
La is full of wannabe musicians anymore,To much competition there,Besides most record producers are looking in other areas these days.Yes Los Angeles can be a very dangerous place to live. You better have some real money if you want to live in any decent safe area.Any small one bedroom apt is going to run at least in the area of 1500 per month.
